• Branding, Digital, Print, and Exhibitions.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.

• Expert in creating cohesive, impactful designs across media, events, and user interfaces.

Understanding the Business requirement.

• Conceptualize and execute ideas / visual story across all touchpoints that engages, informs, and inspires.
• Pre-press or technical knowledge to ensure the final delivery for execution.
• Independently perform low to medium complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive and customer-centric, while following the brand guidelines.  
• Bring brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
• Work closely with diverse brand and communication teams including B2C/B2B and Industrial businesses, to create and maintain high standards of creative designs across different touchpoints.
• Provide quality creative direction to business communication teams whenever required

Facilitating, monitoring & review

• Work collaboratively with L+1 and other designers in the team.
• Independently manage escalations on routine tasks. 
• In-depth knowledge creative communication photography, typography, illustration, graphics, layout and basic animation, etc.
• Regularly scan competitive landscape to keep a track of their campaigns.
• Build and maintain a repository of all creative and product images for ready reference and usage across G&B.
• Manage various subscriptions.

Supervise, develop and design

• Design the Best-in-class, clutter-free and engaging communication content for various external corporate initiatives, and business marketing collaterals (offline and online- Advertisement, photography, social media content, events, exhibition, catalogue, etc.)

Special Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, In-design, Photoshop, After effects, Premier Pro
• A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-oriented design solutions
• Experienced in designing brand elements and graphics for various types of media, integrated marketing campaigns, websites, mailers, social media collaterals, editorial layouts and other brand assets online & offline.
• A passion for visual storytelling.
• Thorough knowledge of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual and graphic design.
• Basic copywriting skills is an advantage
