Hiring: Vice President – Production Support & Operations (Capital Markets Technology)


Location: Mumbai (BKC)

Experience: 20+ years

About the Role

Vice President – Production Support & Operations

strong mix of hands-on technical depth and senior leadership


Key Responsibilities

  • Own

    end-to-end production support

    for

    capital market / trading applications

  • Lead

    L3/L4 support

    , major incident management, and war-room coordination
  • Ensure

    zero-downtime operations

    and strict SLA adherence
  • Drive

    root cause analysis (RCA)

    and permanent fixes
  • Ensure

    100% monitoring coverage

    using

    ITRS Geneos

  • Improve operational efficiency through

    automation (shell scripting)

  • Manage ITIL processes:

    Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management

  • Oversee

    ServiceNow

    for ITSM operations
  • Lead and mentor

    large production support teams

  • Collaborate with internal tech teams and external vendors
  • Support major releases, migrations, and platform upgrades


Technology Skills (Hands-On Understanding Required)

  • Unix / Linux

  • Shell scripting

  • Java application support

  • SQL / PL-SQL

  • ITRS Geneos

  • ServiceNow

  • ITIL Framework
