Role Overview

end-to-end management of IT Surveillance and Regulatory Operations

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Incident Management

• Lead and manage IT Surveillance and Regulatory Operations with a focus on zero-error execution
• Review system and operational incidents with business and technology teams
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents within defined SLAs
• Drive operational stability and ensure zero business impact

Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Periodically review and optimize operational processes to reduce turnaround time (TAT) and improve resolution quality
• Drive process efficiencies, automation, and standardization to achieve high process audit scores
• Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs and predefined operational controls

Monitoring, Capacity & Availability Management

• Ensure complete coverage of monitoring and alerting parameters across applications and infrastructure
• Oversee application health, process state monitoring, and capacity utilization
• Ensure proactive capacity planning to support high availability
• Achieve full compliance with capacity management standards and prevent incidents due to capacity constraints

Compliance, Risk & Audit Management

• Ensure accurate and timely regulatory and compliance-related communications
• Comply with internal compliance and risk management policies including patch management, OS upgrades, and change controls
• Ensure zero SLA breaches for incident closure and non-compliance findings
• Ensure timely completion of internal and external audit activities
• Drive timely closure of high and medium IT security and risk findings

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage and collaborate with technology vendors to ensure optimal service delivery
• Ensure effective vendor performance management and contract compliance
• Work closely with internal technology and business stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications & Experience

• Education:

  B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech

• Experience:

• CM: 15+ years
• AVP: 18+ years
• VP: 20+ years
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proven experience in

  highly regulated, large-scale IT environments

  (capital markets, BFSI, exchanges, or similar preferred)
