Vice President

As the Vice President/Associate Vice President for the Commercial Leasing department at Realistic Realtors in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for developing and executing the leasing strategy for the commercial division. Your role will involve monitoring market trends, cultivating relationships with key customers, and identifying innovative opportunities for business growth. Key Responsibilities include: - Leading and managing the leasing team to nurture and expand the business. - Ensuring year-on-year revenue growth. - Tracking business milestones, identifying gaps, and implementing strategies for improvement. - Proactively scouting upcoming supply and early-stage opportunities through client and developer interactions. - Participating in major transactions and facilitating team closure with your expertise. - Developing annual and monthly target vacancy lists and client portfolios. - Closing transactions across different asset classes. - Ensuring team meets Key Result Areas (KRAs) related to sales targets, team building, and policy implementation. Your responsibilities will also include: - Executing transactions effectively and efficiently. - Reviewing and prioritizing the lead funnel. - Formulating creative sales strategies and approving marketing communications. - Conducting market deal due diligence and sharing insights with the team. - Managing a team of research executives, managers, and staff. - Engaging with clients to build confidence and maintain positive relationships. - Overseeing transaction documents and processes. - Addressing client issues promptly and effectively. - Developing and advising on innovative sales strategies for the team. - Holding a minimum of 30 high-net-worth individual (HNI) or developer meetings per month. - Presenting monthly reports to the leadership team. - Facilitating trainings as needed and ensuring team and personal targets are met.
