Job Summary:

Vice President - Human Resources

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 15–20 years of HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior HR leadership role in academia or large organizations.
  • Deep understanding of university systems, Indian education regulations, and higher education HR frameworks.
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies such as UGC, AICTE, NAAC, and state/central education departments.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

  • Visionary leadership with ability to manage a diverse, multi-campus academic ecosystem.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/ERP platforms and data-driven decision-making.
  • Integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle complex organizational dynamics.
