Role Summary

BSG Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for

  Branch Banking, Bancassurance, and Wealth

  .
• Lead and manage a team of

  Business Analysts

  .
• Work closely with

  Business and Product teams

  to understand requirements and provide

  technology-based solutions

  .
• Own and prepare

  Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

  and ensure they are complete and clear.
• Coordinate with

  IT teams

  to deliver solutions

  on time

  .

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong understanding of

  Branch Banking and Liability business

  , including sourcing, application journeys, branch operations, and IT systems.
• Experience in

  Liabilities domain

  (Business, Credit, Operations, or IT).
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with

  Loan Origination Systems (LOS)

  .
• Strong

  communication, documentation, and leadership skills

  .
