Venture Partner

What You’ll Do


You’ll be both strategist and doer. Key responsibilities include:

  • Market Mapping & Prospecting

  • – Research and identify high-potential industries, verticals, and accounts for Botintelli adoption.
  • – Pinpoint and prioritize top channel partners, system integrators, and resellers.
  • Partner & Enterprise Acquisition

  • – Build a pipeline of enterprise prospects and channel partners.
  • – Lead outreach, pitch Botintelli’s value proposition, and close deals.
  • – Negotiate partnership agreements and revenue-sharing terms with partners.
  • Relationship & Account Management

  • – Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of partners and enterprise clients.
  • – Lead regular partner check-ins and business reviews to track pipeline, opportunities, and co-selling initiatives.
  • – Develop joint go-to-market campaigns and co-branded sales enablement materials.
  • Internal Collaboration

  • – Work closely with Literatitech’s product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for enterprise clients and partners.
  • – Share market insights to influence product roadmap and positioning.
  • Brand Representation

  • – Represent Botintelli at events, conferences, webinars, and partner hubs (travel up to 25%).
  • – Build our presence in key communities, industry forums, and LinkedIn groups to drive visibility.
  • Reporting & Forecasting

  • – Own and manage a clear revenue pipeline, forecasting accurately, and reporting progress to leadership.
  • – Ensure accountability for revenue metrics and partner performance.

Who You Are


We’re looking for someone who thinks and acts like a business partner, not just a salesperson. Ideal attributes include:

  • Experienced Business Developer

  • – 3–6+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or enterprise account management, ideally in SaaS, AI, or automation.
  • – Strong record of acquiring and growing enterprise accounts or channel partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial & Self-Driven

  • – Comfortable operating in a startup with minimal structure.
  • – Motivated by performance-linked earnings and “owning” your revenue outcomes.
  • – Ability to design your own partner strategy, not just execute orders.
  • Strategic Relationship Builder

  • – Skilled at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • – Excellent communicator and influencer at senior and C-level decision-makers.
  • – Adept at balancing short-term wins with long-term partnership building.
  • Revenue & Metrics Minded

  • – Comfortable managing a pipeline, forecasting, and meeting revenue goals.
  • – Analytical approach to prioritizing accounts and tracking performance.
  • Industry-Savvy

    (Nice to Have)
  • – Understanding of AI, automation platforms, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
  • – Existing network of system integrators, resellers, or large enterprises.
