Vendor Management Executive

At DA AFK Ventures, we are a fast-growing e-commerce company dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our customers. Our platform connects a wide range of vendors with end consumers, and we’re on the lookout for a Vendor Management Executive to strengthen our marketplace ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors across multiple product categories
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing vendors
• Monitor vendor performance (quality, delivery, pricing, returns)
• Ensure compliance with platform policies, SLAs, and terms of trade
• Coordinate with the internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) to support vendor growth
• Resolve vendor queries and disputes effectively
• Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts and data on the platform
• Suggest process improvements to increase vendor efficiency and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in vendor management or operations (e-commerce experience preferred)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making
