Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors as per company requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost efficiency.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, accounts, operations) for vendor-related tasks.
Resolve vendor issues, disputes, and delays effectively.
Ensure all vendor documentation, agreements, and compliance records are up-to-date.
Analyze vendor data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
Conduct regular market research to identify reliable suppliers.
Support purchase planning and inventory management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of vendor evaluation and sourcing.
Skilled in MS Excel and documentation.
Ability to handle multiple vendors and work under deadlines.
Problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualities:

Result-oriented and proactive.
Strong analytical and coordination abilities.
Good understanding of market trends and pricing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
