Meta/ Google Ads Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Ads Specialist with deep expertise in both Meta and Google advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on campaign management experience, analytical skills, and creative insight to drive impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Define campaign goals, structure targeting strategies, and manage budgets for maximum performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, prepare detailed performance reports, and suggest data-backed improvements.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing for creatives and ad formats.
• Ensure strong ROAS and ROI through continuous experimentation and optimizations.
• Stay updated with platform updates, policy changes, and industry trends.
• Coordinate with designers and copywriters for high-converting ad creatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing large ad budgets and delivering measurable results.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
