The Role Share your resume to ( shabana@onactive.in ) Key Responsibilities Act as SPOC for IT vendor coordination Lead vendor governance meetings Maintain insurance & repair case records Track & escalate per vendor SLA matrix Log calls and coordinate until issue resolution Maintain full vendor contact & escalation database Coordinate device dispatch for repair (Desktops/Laptops) Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Service Management role. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments Good knowledge of MS Excel Excellent communication skills What's on Offer?
