· Prepare and send quotations to clients and vendors as per requirements.
· Coordinate with vendors for pricing, product details, and order confirmations.
· Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and invoices to ensure timely execution.
· Manage billing and documentation for vendor payments and customer invoicing.
· Follow up with vendors and customers for quotations, payments, and order status.
· Maintain updated records of vendor database, quotations, and invoices.
· Work closely with the accounts team for payment reconciliation and billing status.
· Support the sales/service team in quotation and purchase coordination.
· Handle email correspondence and maintain professional communication with vendors and clients.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
