Job Description

· Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; route them to the concerned department/person.

· Coordinate courier services, inward/outward mail, and documentation.

· Support HR & Admin team with day-to-day tasks such as filing, documentation, and office supplies management.

· Also Support sales team for customer follows up or vendor Co-ordination.

· Ensure the reception area is neat, presentable, and equipped with necessary stationery/material.

· Any other administrative support as assigned by management.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
