Responsibilities Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects Meet with the client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires Communicate effectively with client and team in order to address client's needs Prepare presentations (2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Interior Designing (AutoCAD, Sketch Up) Knowledge of Interior Designing, 2D Modelling, Detailed drawings, Layout plans, elevation, sections, (Electrical and plumbing detail drawing, Flooring layouts, particular area designing along with detailing). Present the management with creative or competitive designs to get more business prospects Plan, design, and furnish the interior to the client's specifications. Strong creative and communication skills Ability to manage more projects at the same time and able to work under pressure Eligibility :- Minimum 2-3 years professional experience in Interior Design Knowledge and Experience of interior decoration projects Software Knowledge:- AutoCad 2D, Photoshop, Sketch up, Ms Office (excel,word,powerpoint) Should be able to do site visits and willing to travel across Kerala. Job Summary: The Vendor Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with furniture vendors, ensuring timely delivery of products, negotiating contracts, and maintaining inventory levels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors. Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback to ensure service levels meet company standards. Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors promptly and efficiently. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure the best possible deals. Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies. Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage incoming shipments. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
