Job Title: Runner / Vendor Coordinator (HR & Admin Support)

About the Role:

We are hiring a proactive and responsible Runner / Vendor Coordinator to support our HR and Admin functions. The role involves vendor management, coordination, and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors such as uniform suppliers, printers, grocery, housekeeping, and stationery providers.

• Conduct in-person visits to vendor sites for sample collection, L1 price discussions, and quality checks.

• Work closely with the Admin and HR departments to support procurement and operational requirements.

• Visit company plants and offices as required for vendor coordination and delivery follow-ups.

• Maintain records of vendor details, quotations, and purchase transactions.

• Assist in invoice verification, purchase order tracking, and ensuring timely vendor payments.

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Strong vendor management and negotiation ability

• Good organizational and follow-up skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation

• Willingness to travel locally for vendor/site visits

• Positive attitude, reliability, and discipline
