We are looking for an experienced Video Transcription Lead who can guide large video transcription projects. These projects help build AI training datasets for industries such as healthcare, automotive, and e-commerce. This full-time, remote role is an exciting opportunity to lead global teams, design clear workflows, and deliver accurate results. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage video transcription projects from start to finish, including planning, assigning tasks, and final delivery. Supervise a team of transcription specialists, editors, and reviewers to ensure clear and accurate transcripts. Develop and maintain easy-to-follow guidelines and workflows for transcription tasks. Work closely with Project Managers, AI Engineers, and Data QA teams to make sure goals and deadlines are met. Oversee A/B testing and quality checks so transcripts meet high standards. Train and mentor new team members in transcription processes and tools. Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders regularly. Stay updated on new transcription technologies, speech-to-text tools, and industry best practices. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Linguistics, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience managing transcription projects or leading transcription teams. Strong understanding of transcription standards, timecoding, and formatting. Experience using transcription tools such as Trint, Otter.ai, or Express Scribe. Familiarity with AI-powered speech recognition tools and editing processes.
