Note - We are alternate Saturdays' half-day working organization

Designation: Manager

Department: Value Added Services (F&B)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management

    : Identify, evaluate, and onboard Smartstore vendors offering quality products aligned with member preferences. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships for optimal value.

  • Product & Quality Control

    : Define and maintain product standards; conduct audits to ensure quality, relevance, and compliance. Curate assortments based on demand and market trends.

  • P&L & Budget Oversight

    : Manage Smartstore P&L, analyze profitability, control costs, and collaborate with finance teams for data-driven decision-making.

  • Merchandise Planning & Innovation

    : Introduce new products and tech-driven solutions to enhance the Smartstore experience. Stay updated on retail and e-commerce trends.

  • Operations Management

    : Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and vendor coordination to ensure efficiency and timely issue resolution.

  • Facility Oversight

    : Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and smooth functioning of all Value Added Services facilities, including the gym, crche, and medical room.

  • Customer Experience

    : Gather feedback, analyze insights, and implement initiatives to improve member satisfaction and engagement.

  • Compliance

    : Ensure adherence to trade, tax, safety, and company regulations across all Smartstore and facility operations.

  • IT Infrastructure Product Selling

    :- Focuses on selling IT Infrastructure products and solutions that complement the organizations core technology offerings, providing customers with enhanced operational capability and long-term value.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Retail, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven experience in vendor/category management in retail, facilities, or service operations.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
