Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Valet Driver to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain the safety and security of guests' vehicles while they are in our care.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
Ensure all vehicles are properly fueled, cleaned, and maintained according to company standards.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
Stay up-to-date with local traffic laws and regulations related to transportation and parking.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a valet driver or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of driving techniques, safety procedures, and vehicle maintenance practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with hotel operations, including front desk and concierge services.
A valid driving license is essential for this position.
