Position: Hotel Driver Department: Transportation / Front Office Reports To: Front Office Manager / Admin Manager Job Summary: The Hotel Driver is responsible for providing safe, courteous, and timely transportation services to hotel guests and staff. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel vehicle, following traffic rules, and ensuring a smooth and comfortable travel experience for all passengers. Key Responsibilities: Provide pick-up and drop-off services for guests, staff, and visitors as required. Ensure safe driving practices and strict adherence to traffic rules and hotel policies. Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition—cleanliness, fuel, servicing, and regular maintenance. Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage. Coordinate with the Front Office/Transport desk for daily schedules and trip assignments. Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel usage. Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or required repairs immediately to the supervisor. Uphold a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and courtesy. Ensure punctuality and reliability for all assigned duties. Assist in internal hotel errands when required. Qualifications & Requirements: Valid driving license for LMV/Commercial vehicle. Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience (preferably in hospitality or corporate service). Good knowledge of local routes, roads, and traffic regulations. Ability to communicate clearly and politely with guests. Presentable appearance and professional attitude. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an advantage. Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
