Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and pain points.
  • Develop personas, journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specs.
  • Partner with UI designers, product owners, and developers to ensure cohesive, end‑to‑end experiences.
  • Plan and execute usability tests; analyse feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Ensure all solutions meet WCAG accessibility standards and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands‑on UX design for enterprise web applications.
  • Proven track record in P&C Insurance domain.
  • Robust portfolio demonstrating user-centred design process and deliverables.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, human-centred design, and usability heuristics.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
