We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and craft exceptional user experiences across our digital products. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to uncover user needs, design clean and artful interfaces, and deliver intuitive workflows that delight users. Qualifications: - BS/MS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field - Proven UX/UI experience for multiple platforms including desktop, mobile, tablet - Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction - 5+ years of proven UX/UI experience for multiple platforms including desktop, mobile, tablet - Demonstrable UX/UI design skills with a strong portfolio - Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows - Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or other visual design and wireframing tools - Understanding of motion design for informing interactive experiences - Demonstrate understanding of Design Thinking activities - Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively - Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies - General understanding of the front-end development process, including HTML and CSS Job Responsibilities: As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating amazing user experiences by working with internal and external stakeholders to discover efficient workflows, generate clean design elements, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. Designers in this role are customer-focused, incorporating user needs and preferences in the design process by conducting user and market research to create engaging experiences that enhance the overall user experience. Key Areas of Responsibility: - Lead UX projects and drive UX strategy - Uphold XD process and collaborate with product management and engineering - Execute visual design stages from concept to engineering design reviews - Conceptualize original ideas for design roadblocks - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows - Present and defend designs to peers and executive stakeholders - Participate in user research and evaluate feedback - Contribute to design guidelines, best practices, and standards Product Strategy, Vision, and Planning: - Develop engaging design-based ideas to share with the Product Manager - Collaborate with the Product Owner to define product features aligning with the product vision Customer Experience Research, Insights, and Execution: - Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends - Perform customer/user research to inform design decisions - Collect and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement Product Design and Development: - Create user journey maps and personas - Design user interactions and layouts for the product - Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes - Conduct usability testing and gather customer feedback - Champion design integration across the product development lifecycle Join us at GlobalLogic, where we prioritize a culture of caring, continuous learning and development, interesting and meaningful work, balance and flexibility, and a high-trust organization.
