As a UX Designer with 4-8 years of experience, your role involves translating user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into user-centered designs. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders is essential to deliver innovative solutions. Your responsibility includes conducting user research, usability testing, and iterating based on feedback to improve design outcomes. It is crucial to ensure that designs are aligned with current UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards. Additionally, maintaining and refining design systems, style guides, and documentation for consistency across platforms are part of your duties. Staying updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies is also expected from you. Qualification Required: - Expert proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). - Experience with digital design platforms like Canva or Figma. - Understanding of digital asset specifications. - A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail. - Demonstrated creativity and excellent design skills. The company is based in Pune with a Work From Office (WFO) policy. The notice period for this position is immediate/15 days.
