As a UX Designer at E2open, you will play a crucial role in designing user-centric digital interfaces. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning the design of user-centric digital interfaces, encompassing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. - Conducting user research and synthesizing insights to guide design decisions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design initiatives align with project objectives. - Refining user flows and interface elements to enhance product usability. - Effectively communicating design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. - Providing and receiving detailed design feedback to foster a culture of continual improvement. - Actively participating in design system component reviews. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. - 2-4 years of experience in UX design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD and Creative Suite. - A general understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective feedback exchange. - A passion for creating delightful user experiences and solving complex problems.
