UX Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative UX Designer to join our team. This Role offers hands-on experience in user experience design, usability testing, and interaction design within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of UX design. Responsibilities: User Research: Assist in conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points. Analyse research findings and translate them into actionable insights to inform design decisions. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing. User Interface Design: Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints by following brand guidelines and design standards. Usability Testing: Assist in planning and conducting usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs from target users. Analyze usability test results and provide recommendations for improving the user experience. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities. Present design concepts and findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications:

Strong portfolio showcasing projects or coursework in UX/UI design.

Work in tight deadlines & deliver on time. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar. Knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback. Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.
