Your time will be invested in

• Craft seamless user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  

• Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Uizard, Figma AI, Galileo, etc.) to accelerate ideation, layouts, and user flows
  

• Translate product requirements into clean, user-friendly interfaces
  

• Collaborate with Marketing/CS team to understand user journey and expectations
  

• Collaborate with Product, Dev, and QA to ship designs that work, not just look good
  

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-backed design iterations
  

• Maintain a consistent design system and push for UX best practices across teams
  

What we want you to have

• 4 years of proven experience as UX experience (preferably in SaaS/Product companies)
  

• Strong command over Figma + familiarity with AI-based design tools
  

• Ability to map business problems → simple user experiences
  

• Understanding of user psychology, accessibility, and responsive design
  

• A portfolio that shows your thought process, not just pretty screens
  

• Bonus: Motion design or prototyping magic
  

What is a plus to have

• Experience using AI for rapid prototyping or concept generation
  

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS (not to code, but to speak “developer” fluently)
  

• Motion graphics or micro-interactions using tools like After Effects or Lottie
  

• Understanding of design systems at scale
  

• Exposure to B2B SaaS workflows or enterprise UX
  

• Ability to interpret analytics (Hotjar, GA, Mixpanel) and turn insights into UX improvements
  

• Basic understanding of user psychology or behavioural science
  

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
  

• Experience running UX workshops, design sprints, or brainstorming sessions
