UX Designer (Pune/WFO) 4-8 Years Of Experience Requirement Specs Expert proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) Experience with digital design platforms like Canva or Figma Understanding of digital asset specifications. A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail Demonstrated creativity and excellent design skills Mandatory Skills: Adobe, Canva/Figma Key Responsibilities: Translate user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into user-centered designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback to improve design outcomes. Ensure designs are aligned with current UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards. Maintain and refine design systems, style guides, and documentation for consistency across platforms. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
