Business Analyst (Pune/WFO) - 8 Years (Relevant) of experience Mandatory Skills: ADO, Azure, Functional Documentation, UML Diagrams : You will be a key member of the IT team responsible for gathering the business requirements, analysis, documenting functional & interface specifications, non-functional requirements, preparing test cases, and assisting the business team in user acceptance testing.You will be responsible for handling the first level of queries from the business team, analyzing it, and will work closely with project teams to ensure the software solution provided meets business requirements. Requirement Specs: Minimum 8 years as a Business Analyst.Knowledge in airline domain.Minimum of 2 projects delivered and 1 green field project.Must have hands-on experience in requirements analysis and documentation.Must have good analytical skills.Must be able to foster teamwork among team members.Must have strong communication skills.Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.Scrum certification will be an added advantage.
