Introduction

IBM Consulting drives business and technology transformation globally. Asset Engineering seeks an experienced UX designer to develop scalable AI solutions supporting multiple clients and internal initiatives.

Your Role And Responsibilities

Lead UX strategy, user research, journey maps, and experience flows
Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and enterprise-ready designs
Run design thinking workshops and work closely with product, tech, and business teams
Guide junior designers and maintain design quality across deliverables
Support proposals, POVs, and design-led transformation work

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

8–12+ years in UX/Experience Design
Strong portfolio across UX, visual, and interaction design
Hands-on with Figma, design systems, enterprise workflows
Solid grounding in HCD, design thinking, agile
Confident communicator with client-facing experience

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Service design, content design, or designOps exposure
Experience in consulting or large-scale transformation projects
