UX Designer

As a UX Designer with 4-6 years of experience in either Chennai or Bangalore with WFH is a must, you will be expected to demonstrate expertise in various areas. Your role will involve a deep understanding of the UX process and the ability to execute UX projects effectively within agile and lean environments. One of your key responsibilities will be user research, where you will conduct interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to gain insights into user needs, pain points, and behaviors. By developing user personas and analyzing industry trends, you will inform design decisions and create user journeys, task flows, and competitive analysis reports. In terms of design execution and documentation, you will be required to create sitemaps, user flows, and information architecture to define product structures and navigation. Additionally, developing high-fidelity visual designs that adhere to brand guidelines, iterating based on user feedback, and providing detailed annotations for developers will be crucial aspects of your role. Collaboration and communication are also key components of this position. You will need to work closely with product and tech teams to gather requirements, present design ideas to stakeholders, and ensure design alignment across cross-functional teams to guarantee successful product launches. Moreover, mentoring and guiding junior UX designers to enhance their skills will be part of your responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include providing effective UX concepts for e-commerce projects, identifying business and technical requirements, conducting market research through user interviews and competitor analysis, creating design wireframes and prototypes, presenting UX demonstrations to stakeholders, and handing off designs to developers for implementation.,
