  • Lead UX strategy, user research, journey maps, and experience flows

  • Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and enterprise-ready designs

  • Run design thinking workshops and work closely with product, tech, and business teams

  • Guide junior designers and maintain design quality across deliverables

  • Support proposals, POVs, and design-led transformation work
  • Required education
  • Bachelor''s Degree
  • Required technical and professional expertise


  • 8–12+ years in UX/Experience Design

  • Strong portfolio across UX, visual, and interaction design

  • Hands-on with Figma, design systems, enterprise workflows

  • Solid grounding in HCD, design thinking, agile

  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience
  • Preferred technical and professional experience


  • Service design, content design, or designOps exposure

  • Experience in consulting or large-scale transformation projects
