Moreover, familiarity with performance, safety, regulatory requirements, and testing procedures of technology systems/subsystems is crucial. Knowledge of engineering materials, manufacturing processes, tooling, and cost estimation will also be advantageous. Additionally, you should possess root cause analysis skills and be able to develop countermeasures for design/quality issues. Hands-on experience in market issues and the ability to work collaboratively with the engineering team are also desirable.
