Job Description

As an Automotive Technology Analyst at our company, you will be responsible for the following: - Analyzing various automotive technologies including conventional components such as powertrain controls, body electrical systems, controller architecture, connected telematics (v2x/safety/comfort convenience), and the design philosophy of competitors" vehicles from a customer's perspective. - Studying and analyzing the functions, architecture, and integration of these technologies with other electrical and electronics systems. - Conducting design, cost, weight analysis, and performance evaluation of new technologies, summarizing analysis reports, and providing support to the engineering team. - Sharing and releasing benchmarking sheets and analysis summary reports. - Analyzing benchmarking ideas for implementation in our company's models. - Studying upcoming technologies through benchmarking activities and collaborating with the engineering team. - Applying root cause analysis skills and developing countermeasures for design and quality issues. Your competency requirements include: - Experience in design, development, and testing in at least one domain area related to engine electrical, body electrical, controllers, connected technologies (telematics), ADAS systems (advanced driving assist systems), and comfort & convenience technologies (wireless charging/wireless android auto). - Knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronics system basic functions and integration. - Evaluation of technology on vehicles. - Understanding of hardware, controllers, and sensors used in the technologies. - Knowledge of performance, safety, regulatory requirements, and testing procedures for technology systems and subsystems. - Familiarity with engineering materials, manufacturing processes, tooling, and cost estimation. - Understanding and hands-on experience with market issues. In terms of educational background, we require: - B.E/B.Tech - Graduation/Post-graduation in Electrical/Electronics & Communication Engineering.,
