Scope of Role Responsible for complete technical leadership across the team, in terms of present and future control / mechatronic sy stem development. Expert working knowledge of all types of control systems required to operate lateral, longitudinal and motion control systems within vehicles, combined with a solid foundation of EE & System engineering. Chassis Control Systems team is responsible for multiple ECU commodities and their advanced integration in to Powertrain & ADAS systems. Additional responsibilities include design, development of technical specification and requirements control, testing and integration for delivery on all Chassis modules. About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Software Development expert with deep expertise in designing and developing telematics software solutions . You will be responsible for end-to-end software architecture, development, integration , and optimization of telematics systems and services. Key Responsibilities Architect, design, and develop scalable and robust telematics software solutions (vehicle tracking, fleet management, sensor integration, etc.). Manage a team of developers and BAs; collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, hardware teams, data scientists, and QA engineers . Proficient with databases ( PostgreSQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB ) and real-time data streaming ( Kafka, MQTT brokers ). Familiarity with embedded systems and firmware integration is a plus. Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics in telematics is advantageous.
