Compile and submit detailed reports of field activities, including installation progress, troubleshooting outcomes, and customer feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, engineering, and product development teams to communicate customer needs and technical requirements. Collaborate with R&D teams to support the continuous improvement of EV powertrain systems based on customer insights. Travel Requirements: Travel frequently (up to 70-80% of the time) to customer sites across India, providing on-site support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with experience or B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics freshers Prior experience working in a field engineering or technical support, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector, EV, or powertrain industries is a plus Experience: Hands-on experience with motors, EV controllers, and mechanical fitting processes is a plus. Familiarity with electric powertrain systems, motor control, and integration is a plus. Technical Skills: Solid understanding of electric vehicle powertrain components such as electric motors, controllers, batteries, and related systems. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings. Basic mechanical skills, including the ability to perform system assembly, integration, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues. Languages: Proficiency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms. Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Hindi) is highly desirable, as the role requires working across diverse regions in India.
