Position Summary
Level: Senior Solution Delivery Lead
As an experienced Senior Solution Delivery Lead at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of DAM (Database Activity Monitoring) operations, supporting both technical and business stakeholders.
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance on configuring, integrating, and optimizing DAM solution across hybrid environments, including cloud (AWS) and on-premises databases, architecting for scalability and high availability
- Lead high-priority DAM managed services operations, ensuring end-to-end service excellence, stability, and client satisfaction.
- Drive service improvement initiatives, process optimization, and automation across multiple environments.
- Manage escalations and advanced troubleshooting, interfacing with technology vendors and cross-functional teams as needed.
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of database types on-premises (e.g., Oracle, MSSQL) and in AWS Cloud (e.g., Amazon RDS, Aurora, Redshift, MySql) including their architectures, connection protocols, and integration points
- Lead medium-to-large-scale implementation/enhancement projects, guiding requirements analysis, solution design, and execution.
- Develop and review operational and governance reports for client leadership, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare, review, and refine technical SOPs and governance documentation
- Champion business development by advising on DAM service delivery models, transition plans, and value realization for clients.
- Communicate professionally and effectively at all organizational levels as well as externally with the customer.

Deloitte's Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes:

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.
Qualifications:
Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
- 7 to 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years of supporting DAM solution (Imperva/ Data Security Fabric/ IBM Guardium) in managed services, including leading major support programs and service delivery teams.
- Advanced expertise in day-to-day DAM operations: pipeline/report building, real-time alerting, policy design, log management, and data risk analytics on large-scale environments, ensuring that the implementation is compliant with the agreed objective.
- Acute understanding of Unix, RHEL and Windows operating environments
- Hands-on experience in PowerShell / Python / Terraform scripting
- Significant exposure to leading medium-to-large program enhancement/implementation projects, providing guidance/recommendations/best practices, etc. for optimizing operations, system performance, and assisting with tool upgrades
- Excellent grasp of ITSM frameworks, SIEM workflows, governance, continuous improvement, and service reporting.
- Strong troubleshooting, team leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient problem solving, critical thinking and logical structuring skills.
- Highly desirable to hold advanced DAM, DBA, cloud architecture/practitioner certifications.
Good to have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
- Experience managing multi-environment DAM operations on-premises and in cloud.
- Expertise in integrating DAM solution with other enterprise platforms.
- Champion the use of Terraform and other IaC tools for automated infrastructure deployment
- Participation in industry best practices, whitepaper development, and advanced process automation.
- Advanced certifications (CCSP, DBA, CISSP, etc.).
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
Location:
- Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Kolkata/ Chennai
Shift Timings:
- Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage is essential.
- Must be willing to work 24*7 rotational shifts
- On call support required based on project assignments
