We are seeking an experienced and proactive Leadership Recruiter to drive executive and senior-level hiring across the US market. This role will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top leadership talent across both IT and Non-IT domains.The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the US talent landscape, strong sourcing strategies, and a

consultative approachto recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive and leadership roles across IT and non-IT functions in the US.
• Partner closely with business leaders,hiring managers, and HR to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Source high-quality candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn,job boards, referrals, networking, and direct headhunting.
• Screen and assess candidates for cultural and leadership fit, as well as role alignment.
• Build and maintaina strong pipelineof passive and active talentfor future hiringneeds.
• Manage candidate experience throughout the hiringprocess, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Provide market insights,talent mapping, and competitor intelligence to hiring teams.
• Collaborate with internalteams for offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with local hiringregulations and companypolicies.

Requirements:

• 1 to 5+ years of experience in leadership or executive recruitment for the US market.
• Proven track recordin hiring for both IT and Non-IT leadership roles (e.g., VP Engineering, Director Sales, etc.).
• Strong sourcing, networking, and market researchskills.
• Experience working in US time zones or with US-basedclients is a must.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools(LinkedIn Recruiter, Booleansearch, etc.).
• Ability to managemultiple high-level searchessimultaneously with a sense of urgency.
• Self-starter with a result-oriented and consultative approach.
