Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various US-based IT positions.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

• Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessing technical skills and cultural fit.

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.
• 
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Education:

   Bachelor's degree (Bachelors +3 or +4).
• 
  

• Experience:

   Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in US IT recruitment.
• 
  

• Skills:

• Proven experience in

  sourcing and recruiting for US IT roles

• Excellent
