end-to-end US IT recruitment

What You Will Do

Manage
end-to-end US IT recruitment
for contract and full-time roles.
Work directly with US clients and internal account managers to understand technical requirements.
Source, screen, and qualify candidates using
Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
.
Conduct initial screening covering technical skills, communication, visa status, availability, and rate.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients through the entire hiring cycle.
Maintain candidate pipeline and accurate documentation in ATS and internal trackers.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Build long-term candidate relationships for future requirements.

What We Are Looking For

16 years of experience in
US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
.
Strong understanding of the
US recruitment life cycle
.
Hands-on experience with
W2 and C2C hiring
models.
Good knowledge of
US visa classifications
(H1B, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, GC, USC).
Excellent verbal and written
English communication skills
.
Ability to work independently in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
Willingness to work
night shifts aligned with US time zones
.
