This is a high-impact sales role requiring excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills. Join our team and be part of our growth journey in the competitive US IT staffing market!

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire new clients for US IT staffing and consulting services.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and social media outreach.
Build a robust sales pipeline and drive business development efforts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Understand client requirements and present tailored staffing solutions.
Negotiate terms, rates, and contracts with prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
Stay updated on US IT staffing trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum
3-5+ years
of experience in Business Development/Sales in US IT staffing and consulting.
Proven track record of acquiring new US clients in the IT staffing domain.
Strong knowledge of US staffing processes, visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.), and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to generate leads independently and work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
Comfortable working US time zones (EST/CST/PST) as required.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online networking platforms like LinkedIn.

Preferred Skills

Existing network of potential US clients, direct vendors, or system integrators.
Experience selling both contract staffing and direct hire services.
Previous experience working with staffing companies with offshore operations.
