Job Description

experienced and dynamic US Staffing Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

For US IT Recruiter:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for US clients (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation).
Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of qualified profiles.
Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients for repeat business.
Work during US time zones (EST/CST/PST).

For Bench Sales Recruiter:

Market our consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to direct clients and tier-1 vendors.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
Negotiate rates and finalize deals.
Track and report placement metrics regularly.
Experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Indeed is a must.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English).
Strong knowledge of US staffing market and visa classifications.
Proficient in using major US job boards and social media for recruitment.
Must be a self-starter, quick learner, and target-driven professional.
Willingness to work in
night shifts
(US time zone).
