Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically sound and experienced US IT Recruiter who can efficiently source, screen, and close roles across various tech stacks including cloud, software development, data engineering, and infrastructure. The right candidate should be able to handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle for US-based clients and be comfortable working during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical job descriptions and collaborate with delivery/account managers to understand role requirements.
• Source candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, GitHub, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for technical fitment across roles like Java, .NET, AWS, Azure, DevOps, Python, Salesforce, QA, and more.
• Submit qualified profiles with comprehensive write-ups within agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate technical interviews and feedback; manage candidate expectations.
• Negotiate compensation (W2, C2C, 1099) and handle work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, etc.).
• Maintain daily trackers, ATS records, and performance logs.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of tech stacks, SDLC, and modern IT roles.
• Familiarity with US hiring models and work authorizations.
• Proficient in Boolean search and social media sourcing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven, night-shift environment.

Client Notes/Additional Info:

• Experience working with cloud-based roles (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern roles like DevOps, Full-Stack, and Data Engineers is highly preferred.
• Candidates with strong screening and closing capabilities will be prioritized.
