Job Title- US IT RECRUITER LOCATION- Namkum industrial area MIMEC IT PARK Ranchi SHIFT - Night shift TIMING- 6:30PM TO 3:30AM EXPERIENCE- 1.5yrs TO 2yrs QUALIFICATION- B.Tech/BCA/MCA/M.Tech/MBA( Technical background preferred) SALARY- Up to 28000 per month ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Hands on experience with the end-to end US recruitment process. Working knowledge of IT and Infrastructure domains. Must be able to submit 2-3 quality profiles per day. Strong command over Job Boards( Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and ATS platforms. Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with candidates. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
