Job Title: Sales Team Leader Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to oversee and guide our BPO sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, improving team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets. * Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements. *Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one sessions. * Generate sales reports and provide insights and recommendations to upper management. * Handle escalations and assist agents in closing difficult sales or managing objections. * Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Training, HR) for optimal team operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 2–4 years of experience in a BPO sales environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and BPO operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Flexible to work in shifts and adapt to dynamic business needs. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with outbound/inbound sales campaigns (voice). Experience handling domestic and international clients or products.
