Job Description

You should have 2-4 years of experience in full Life Cycle Recruiting, including screening resumes, interviewing, and closing candidates. Experience with the MSP/VMS model and US Staffing in various industries is required, especially with Direct clients on W2 experience. Proficiency in recruiting techniques such as Head Hunting, Calling, and Networking Sites is a must. You should have a successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry and excellent negotiating skills. Ability to work independently, multitask, and deliver qualified resources to clients is crucial. Regular interactions with team members and business unit heads to discuss requirements and strategies are expected. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of hiring experience in IT/Engineering/Energy/Aerospace/Business Professional/BFSI/Non-IT recruitment with direct clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced and metrics-driven environment. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
