Job Description

The Sales Development Manager in the Banca Channel is responsible for driving life insurance sales through the banks branch network by building strong relationships with bank staff, providing training, and ensuring business targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of life insurance products through partner bank branches.
  • Build and maintain healthy relationships with branch managers, staff, and key decision-makers of the bank.
  • Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, and close sales.
  • Provide product knowledge sessions and sales skill development.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and MIS.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • 15 years of experience in sales (preferably BFSI sector).
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
