What Will You Drive

Training Lead GS

• Design & Deliver Training Programs

  : Build comprehensive, role-based learning journeys for Car Advisors and the retail population.

• Link Learning to Business Outcomes

  : Align initiatives with sell accuracy, TAT, and conversion metrics.

• Lead & Coach Trainers

  : Manage a team of trainers, ensuring their continuous development and performance excellence.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders

  : Partner with operations, quality, product, and HR teams to integrate training with business and onboarding needs.

• Measure Impact

  : Use assessments, audits, and AI-driven insights to track training effectiveness and drive improvement.

Who Are We Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic training leader who can combine business acumen with people development. Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience

  : 58 years in Training, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Auto or hospitality background preferred).

• Industry Knowledge

  : Strong understanding of the used car retail business or retail industry exposure.

• Skills & Competencies

  :
• Data-driven approach to measuring learning impact.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  
• Proficiency in Excel and LMS tools.
  

• Qualifications

  : Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (certification in Training/Instructional Design preferred).
