Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

* Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in home loan sales.
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-sell opportunities for mortgage products.
* Identify new business prospects through open market research and networking.
* Ensure timely disbursement of loans against property, adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 10-18 years of experience in the housing finance industry, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong understanding of home loans, mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), HL (Housing Loan), Property Loan, Open Market concepts.
* Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving targets.
Must be fluent in english
Must be from Home loan or LAP background
