Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and engage with prospective clients Sell all IT Solutions.
Client Engagement: Conduct in-person or virtual meetings with clients to understand requirements, deliver product demos, present commercial proposals, and close deals.
Sales Lifecycle Management:
o Cold calling and following up on leads o Understanding client pain points and aligning product offerings o Preparing and negotiating quotations and contracts o Closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and nurture ongoing relationships for upselling and renewals.
