Role Description: Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Manager to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. The candidate will be responsible to generate IT (information technology) sales and business, develops relationships with new clients, makes sales visits and presentations, maintains advanced knowledge of services, and establishes and meets sales goals. Job Responsibilities : 1.Identifying and developing new business opportunities by researching and analysing market trends and customer needs. 2.Sourcing Potential Customers from LinkedIn. 3.Proven experience In International Business Development, must in the IT industry. 4.Strong understanding of global business practices. 5.Hands-on experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and social media campaigns. 6.Manage and coordinate the sales process for international clients, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. 7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. 8.Developing and implementing strategic plans to increase revenue. 9.Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. 10.Creating and delivering presentations to potential clients. 11.Keeping up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitors' activities. Key Requirements: Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi. Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections.
