Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and creative Lead UX/UI Developer with strong User Experience and Interface Design expertise to join our growing design and development team in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will lead the UX/UI design and front-end development initiatives for our enterprise-level eCommerce and integration solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and stakeholders—to craft seamless, intuitive, and aesthetically appealing user experiences.

The ideal candidate combines technical front-end development skills with a designer’s eye for detail, and is passionate about building modern, responsive, and user-focused digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a team of UX/UI developers and designers, ensuring design excellence and adherence to industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, project leads, and backend developers to align design goals with business objectives.
• Conduct design and code reviews, offering guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables and modern design implementation.
• Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate feedback into actionable design solutions.

Design & Development

• Create user flows, wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate design ideas.
• Design visually engaging user interfaces, menus, tabs, widgets, and layouts for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and front-end libraries using modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and adherence to accessibility standards.
• Build modular design systems that can be easily adapted across multiple platforms and products.

Innovation & Best Practices

• Stay ahead of emerging UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and data-driven insights to enhance user experience.
• Champion a customer-centered design approach, ensuring all interfaces are intuitive and goal-oriented.
• Promote design thinking and usability testing within the team for continuous improvement.

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design and front-end development, with at least 2 years in a lead or mentoring role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Proven experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), InVision, or similar design tools.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles, usability heuristics, and responsive design.
• Experience with eCommerce or CMS platforms (Magento, WordPress, Joomla, OS Commerce) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and scalable front-end architecture.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• A portfolio demonstrating real-world UX/UI design projects, preferably in eCommerce or SaaS environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
